CEO seems running out of spare cash to buy.
The retail investors were the main force on the first few days, but afterwards, taken over by the institutions. Institutions are also trading as well, they don't need to report if under 5% or within 1% change for the sub holders. That's why I said, broker data are useful but, also not useful.
