I'm still working on a dependable model, and I'll want to tally that up with my other mates and if we all arrive more or less at the same point then we might agree on a share price. For now, a forward looking estimate of the share price is looking good. DADI acquisition, Patons Lane and BIN's other business units will yield $172 million in EBITDA when integrated. [92+20+60]. Just applying a industry minimum acquisition multiple of 10 to it makes it a $1720 million company. Shares on issue is 582.39 million. This lands us a value of $2.95/share. Even if you take a 10% discount in value for debts and cash adjustments, it should be $2.66 as a minimum. There's more to talk about like buy-backs and cash synergies from acquisition, but we will all gradually talk about it.
