And no premium SP in the Australian market, unlike in Canada where Novo etc enjoy a huge premium- at the moment. There will be a reality check and the rose coloured glasses will be gone..its just a matter of when. Hoping at least four months after the deal is done so Pacton shares can be sold while they are worth something...

Was it sold cheap? In rough terms 10x purchase price. The work done by the company on Bellary increased the SP by 10-20 % at very best, some might argue by nothing..... so its a good deal if Pacton SP holds up. A lot will depend on how the lithium drilling goes, if it goes well the money can be very usefully utilised in proving up a resource in a short time....something that could not be done with conglomerate.
