With that who would by a new Toyota and drive it up the Birdsville track if the spare tyre is not available for another 6 months.
IMPERATIVE that parts are available upon supply of primary equipment.
Hence, the payment of and announcement for long lead time parts.
The $150/200m deal is a big deal and while it is to some a big deal with big $$$$ to others involved
it is measured, complicated and strategic all of which sucks up time during the final stages/reviews/signatures of documents.
