I think your figures are incorrect for that period 2019 - 2024.
My understanding from the AGM and recent announcements is that there are 3 significant opportunities - R-400s mk2, R-2000 (Tank Turrets), and the Space Sector - each of these could potentially generate >$2Billion over this time frame.
