Wiseman, can we just clarify this statement... and try to get a P/E for EOS, based on certain guidance from the Management;
1. Where you getting the $5Bill from? Is that coming from the AGM?
2. Let's peg it back to known, knowns - and have revenues around $200mill per year
3. 20% profit is fine as a Gross margin, but if its total operating margin, I reckon your looking at circa 12% at best.
4. Hence; $200mill x 0.12 = $24Mill profit, YoY -
5. $24Mill / 62mill shares on issue = $0.38c per share...current SP @ $3.00 = 7.9 times...fair valuation.
APrawn, what you thinking? Its still crude.
if we get say $500Mill per year...96c per share, then things start to get more interesting...and I think that's where EOS management will head towards, having say $350Million Defense contracts and then $150Million in Space contracts by 2019. then you can have a PE of say 9-12 times...then you can get the $10.00 valuation +
That's just my crude thoughts...
