The 250% growth lately has a lot of people a bit spooked, I imagine. Perhaps it's just taking a breath - perhaps it's the uncertainty around the future capital structure.
If you're bullish, acquire. My guess is this stock hitting $2.50 in the next couple of weeks and it will be range bound +/-10% until those uncertainties are a little more resolved. But a lot of people disagree with me.
