As we all know they recently underwrote the placement in EOS! So who took the stock from Petra?

Either it wasn't on sold and retained in house or sold to one or more of their Insto clients or possibly sold to a company who has an interest in EOS or the industry.

Either way, they would have had one of their analysts research and review the stock, held meetings with EOS, site/factory/office inspections and prepared a reports. Unfortunately I would think that the reports they prepare are for in house ie their insto clients and not for all and sundry. This is especially the case if they are picking up stock on market for clients where the stock is thinly traded.

If they published a report for all with a value of $10 it would go through the roof and their clients would not get stock on market.
