However it is good to read from the quarterly report that the Board has:
1) Acknowleged the need to take steps to rebuild the reputation of the company and
2) Grow the value of the company
Some patience required beacuse their is no mention of timing but still consider their is little downside risk in owning this stock.
Any buy below 21 cents is good value at this point in time
