Eyeoverit! Strongly agree with you. This money will add value to FWL & get project moving to feasibility study... great for long term. A "strong buy" for long term, BUT short term investors ("traders") are not happy because people expect a better deal. This is similar to PDY with 850mt. Traders not happy, but great for long term.

In PDY forum, people suggested sp were pushed down to void exercise options. So I wonder if people are doing that with FWLOA & also with $0.24 option going to be issued to Chinese.
