G'day MikS - your equity per share should be based on average equity (or even starting equity), not ending equity. To calculate this accurately you need the average number of shares on issue over the calendar year. I don't know this, but the number on issue now is close to 73 million, so use this figure to be conservative.
Thus average equity per share = 62.8/73 = $0.86 cents per share. It will make some difference to your IV.
