When evaluating a company the most important things to consider are, debt (matrix no debt), positive cash flow (pouring out), rate of product production (completion of henderson project should see increases in the rate of production over the next 3 months of their syntactic foam boyancy and fabricated metal products), how many competitors in the world and more importantly asx (asx =none, world at present three with the takeover of wellstream by GE)and lastly how the sector is fairing as a whole relative to the rest of the market (engineering, especially the deep sea projects are performing very well and with this area about to boom, they will continue to perform well). Taking in this into account I believe PE is never an accurate measure of a company. Technically this share is currently faultless and the darling of the asx, with numerous brokers consistently recommending it and a few tipping it as their best stock in their portfolios.
manufacture and sale of syntactic foam buoyancy and polyurethane products; and
− manufacture and sale of fabricated metal products and provision of offsite services.
