    This was my take on it.
    Assuming what you are after is the amount of shippable product (@70%) if IRD has 800Mt@17%.
    800mtx0.17 = 136Mt@100%
    136/0.7 = 194.3Mt@70%
    Doesnt sound like much BUT I think IRD was only looking at shipping 5-10Mt a year anyway.
    What would be the price for the end product anyway $US80-$120??
    5mt@$US80 = $US400M - thats quite a bit if the capex and opex are reasonable.
