By the issue of 15% of NuSep shares for CASH, we now have a truely transparent process by which PRIME can be valued.
For a total of $1,167,090.75, the new investor has acquired 15% of NuSep, which owns 90% of PRIME. So the new investor is getting 13.5% of PRIME (plus 15% of the other assets of NuSep). If we value all other NuSep assets at $0, which is rediculously conservative, then an investment of $1,167,090.75 gets you 13.5% of PRIME. This values the entire prime operation (100%) at $8,645,116.67.
Now if it is worth any more than that and/or if NuSep's aother assets are woth more than $0, then the Board has sold us out....
