spinoff worth 1c: the in-specie distribution means that each shareholder will get 1/25th of a 20c share for every share held. there is of course further upside and downside in the spinoff's share price
what is their tax status? i remember in the dark past something about exemptions for some miners...not many of them have to worry about taxes
