Unless the cash offer is increased, MOS shareholders will be forced to take AGK shares, so the cash offer won't really be an equivalent offer. AGK closed at $15.82 today- very close to 16c, as Westhx said. AGK will have to raise the cash component or keep its own share price down. So man times I've seen the trade "ask" be less than the last price. It's a joke.
