Agreed as to the first outfit establishing a major presence in an online application with substantial benefits tends to gain an unbeatable advantage over "look at me too" offerings.The more that CAT can provide services on the cloud to enhance its basic devices and not rely on stand-alone software then the more it falls into the "first up takes all" model. They are doing very well with their products to date and so have first mover advantage. Continuing marketing and product development with associated cloud functions are needed to keep this advantage moving, IMO.
