Catapult paid $80M for XOS which gives ARR of about $20M. It did cap raising at $3/share, which is 26.7M shares in total. Now these shares are worth $0.90, i.e. $24M. Now, the ARR for Video is ~$23M as at end FY18. In terms of EV/ARR ratio, this is about 1 x ARR. So, in effect, if we are buying Catapult's shares now, we have paid 1 x ARR multiple for XOS. Not bad in hindsight for what you can buy now (not if you bought at $3/share though!).
