Appstore doesn't show the number. May just be coincidence but at 5k followers we went to 500+ downloads and shortly after 10k we went to 1k+ downloads.
Making some assumptions: Most downloads are actual purchases, Appstore would be roughly the same in terms of number of downloads.
2000 x 200 = 400,000 in sales so expecting around ~1m in sales from the first year. If the growth is exponential then we should be be doing well by around Christmas next year.
