Another valuation comparison with XRO.
XRO has churn of 1.01% per month, which annualised to be 12% per year. ARR is 563m, with mkt cap being 5250, trading close to 9.3x ARR.
Key difference is Catapult is selling both hardware and software, but nature of revenue is still recurring for the elite. I'll be laughing if we can see CAT trading at close to 10x ARR..
Liquidity is tight, so we can see it moving to this valuation quite quickly if the 4 big shareholders and a few fundies would combine some buying power to force it that way!
