I think this anticipation of CR didn't allow MOY to run with the gold price. Many others are now in overbought territory and current MOY CR again didn't allow MOY to push up. I've been buying at 16.5 cents and even 17 cents and I managed to grab few at 16 cents.
I also applied for my SPP allocation (plus) so pretty happy now. The rest is up to the management, a bit of luck, gold price and so on but I am pleased that I was able to build a position in this stock and I am hopeful that MOY will start chasing the others once the CR is done and dusted. Sitting on a bit of a loss right now but I have never been great at timing the market.
Hopefully, nothing unexpected happens.
