Just giving u my thoughts, after a economical reserve of 20 year + mine life is proven(200mt in the measured category) the company will be valued solely on it potential to commission a mine and start producing not on additional reserves
Hence why deposit, infrastructure, mine type, access to power, water, processing plant etc are more important.
There are a substantial number of greenfield potash projects in the pipeline and it's a race on who will come online first to meet that demand because there is only a small window of opportunity. With projects like bhp Jansen project with production capacity of 8mtpa, and multiple billions being spend in Canada, there will be a whole host that fall by the way side.
So if you think valuing it based on target resources is valid go for it but it's flawed
