This scenario is super common with these type of penny stocks and why RMP previously sat in that state until Winx was announced for a long time.

I will possibly buy again under 1 cent on that metric and previous post forecast and participate in any CR.

For me, the next SP critical news here will most likely be the announcement of the amount of cash left...
