    Absolutely an announcement must be made as the last quarterly stated outgoings that given the extra time duster and extra time duster data analysis must be materially exceeded.

    To that end the announcement stating the total cost of extra time duster and extra time duster data analysis must be made soon as the duster quarter is nearly over.
