I believe you are right, someone is accumulating along this area.
I know because I unloaded quite a substantial numbers @0.28, 0.275, 0.27 & yesterday 0.265 and majority is absorbed by 'someone' since b4 Christmas. (rebalancing my portfolio as I accumulated too many sub 0.20 sometime ago)
I still hold plenty but not going to unload till it get higher.
