These BDR shares (5%) are being shuffled around in a parcel of shares like a "hot potato" ... I believe the institutions have the ability to bundle up unwanted holdings and send them out to auction ... in effect 'hand pass' the parcel onto another institution who pick over the contents and then cast off that which has no interest. That is how this acquisition has happened in my view and I expect Van Eck will dump these within days.

Only thing i can say is all this turmoil reminds of the timeperiod 2014-2017 when i was holding SLR and LYC

I dont what will happen to BDR but if the leadership like in case of lynas you will see better days. I guess you would know more about the fundamentals then me, i just followed @flaming here few days back
