Hi rjbr,
I'm a non-holder but have been researching both DTZ & UTR this weekend.
I saw the same article yesterday & was surprised no one on this forum had noticed it until now.
The industry consortium gathering was held by WA's 'Lithium Taskforce'
https://www.mediastatements.wa.gov....orce-announces-first-industry-consortium.aspx
There would have been much bigger players than UTR attending, so Kobi's schmoozing with them & the WA govt, plus a mention in the SMH article is all very positive.
There's a lot of talk now about value-adding in the lithium / battery space - here's another article:

A 'giga-factory' somewhere in the vicinity of Kwinana, seems inevitable - the Qld Govt is backing one to be built in Townsville & also plans for one in Darwin.

The big players who might be interested in WA include:
Wesfarmers:

Possibly Mineral resources (MIN) ? - they hold plenty of Lithium, moving to downstream processing & looking to produce synthetic graphite with HZR at Kwinana.
And then there's the big man himself

https://www.watoday.com.au/national...-in-lithium-valley-perth-20180522-p4zgw0.html
In summary a giga-factory in Perth is a musk-have (did you see what I did there!) as part of the 'Lithium Valley' dream.
Good luck punters - I might join you if I can spare a few shekels!
