What confirmation do I want? That the purchase is unconditional and completed.
From KEY's last update on the UK purchase announced on 31/7/09:
As stated in our ASX / Media release on 15th July 2009, the acquisition is dependent on a number of conditions precedent including governmental approvals and due diligence requirements.

The company is making all these plans for the UK assets yet as far as shareholders and the market are aware we don't even own these assets.
