they will try to tie something up in a commercial agreement with some sort of partner. failing that, i hope we borrow some cash at these low rates rather than issue capital.

at least gray dallas ledger grebstad have their interests aligned with ours. this is going to take longer than any of us wouldve liked, but it will provide some decent returns eventually if they can sort out the interim cashflow issues.
