6.6 million shares is just under the 15% capital raising amount that does not require shareholder approval. The rest of the capital raising is over 15% so it needs shareholder approval. I dislike SPP as they drag on for months and Retail investors may sell heads to purchase the SPP.
Investors have the chance to top up around the capital raising so they should be happy.
