I see the the 16-6-11 ann says that of the $9.5 m cap raised 17 mil shares at .56, 6.6 mil was to be issues on 23-6-11,and the balance was to be issued after s/h approval, I wonder if this balance ( 10.4 m ) could be via a SPP?
