I find 8am to 10am is a typical deadband for copper, gold and eur until the usd trading desk starts back up.

does anyone know if it is sydney waiting for tokyo, or what the usd dead period is in the AUS mornings?

copper price usually hunts if it is near support lines. a terrible time to pick copper entries on low volumes.

I don;t know how these markets work exactly, I just trade the trends ... 10am (qld) rolls charts over into a new daily candle, USDi doesn't trade for another hour.
