Lopez, I think there may have been a misinterpretation here. The solicitation states that the value of the bid is less than $100K, merely in a formal sense, presumably because that is a qualifying figure allowing for a sole-source arrangement. In this case, the bid appears to be for 12 units of the Multi-pack only, which, while nice, is not likely to provoke a maiden dividend.
