@12. I did most of it and mailed it back to Computershare.
It's called W-8BEN-E and it's to reduce USA tax from 35% to 15% wrt the div from RMD.
If they check it here I am hoping that they will correct any errors.
The div for RMD is worth sfa so I am not too worried about it.
