looking at the top 20 from august last year, it could be an existing holder wanting out or looking to reduce there position and someone new wanting in or someone existing wanting to add to there position - i'm guessing previously negotiated as being whatever todays closing price was hence the after hours trade.
less than 5% so won't get a substantial holder notice of who it was unless someone requests a new top 20 from the company.
