My (non-lawyer ) reading of the judgement indicates CTP were defeated on all points. The case can now proceed to trial ? The AU $ 20 million provision in the accounts would best be applied to an out-of court settlement ? CTP current General Counsel and joint company secretary Daniel White was involved in these transactions as they were happening. The complete dismissal of CTP's case raises questions about the level of knowledge and expertise employed in this matter.
