    IMO, the ex Chairman and Shortt, were totally responsible for the deal with GRR, as Heugh passed the baton completely onto Shortt, with him having full responsibility for any company deals.

    So, IMO, it was their responsibility to pass on that info to the new MD, Cottee, .. even though Shortt/haskin wanted any deals/contracts to be kept "confidential".
