So the answer to your question is:
It's not easy at all. Big Aircraft are controlled by huge number of stabilizers, auto control systems, etc even when the pilot steering the plane manualy!

Some of the planes wouldn't even be able to fly without computerized flight stabilizers.
Especially with military aircraft!

we are not talking about military aircraft - I am well aware of the complications of flight for something like Stealth craft

we are talking about civilian airliners - which, I am certain can be flown by men
