Big airliner isn't a single seat cesna or Earth mover that lets you do what you wish....

So the answer to your question is:
It's not easy at all. Big Aircraft are controlled by huge number of stabilizers, auto control systems, etc even when the pilot steering the plane manualy!

Some of the planes wouldn't even be able to fly without computerized flight stabilizers.
Especially with military aircraft!
