ST it is a proposed scheme of arrangement whereby DLS holders get 1.25 BPT shares in exchange for each DLS share held.
The value to DLS holders at the moment is therefore pretty well tied to BPT's share price at any given point in time.
Recently BPT has been on a downward trend and DLS has followed.
