Barney I see you have a buy Rec on DLS but a sell Rec on BPT.
Surely if you think BPT will go down then DLS will follow as DLS is now linked to 1.25 BPT shares so any drop in BPT price will logically send DLS lower too.
There is an approx 2cent difference in the conversion price but that is all about the risk of the merger falling through.
