I agree a TO of either BPT is not a given . However one thing that is factual is that a fair chunk of Takeovers come feel an entity who has already acquired a strategic holding on the registers. In BPT case it's even in DLS' case it's Seven and BPT so it is only logical to suggest both are targets but DLS perhaps a bit more. DlS size makes it easier to acquire , BPT reserve Moore enticing to a bigger play, both together would be of interest to many companies. Not that fall in the AUD also makes both a lot ache part that 12-18 months ago. Arguably trading in AUD terms at 25% what they were at the peaks so an Asian acquirer as with ROC also possible
