With the widespread view that China is actively involved in IP theft, are we at risk? Given that all we have is IP, this must be a serious threat.

NuSep has done a deal with Luye, a Chinese company, for $0 in cash, but 10% of PRIME. Did our leaders do some sort of a side deal which will allow the Chinese to steal our technology? What happens if our, to date 100% failed leaders, continue their perfect record? Does Luye get their lease back? Do they get something more? Are they getting access to the tech and developing it in China, right now? Will they beat us to the punch? Does it suit the Chinese for our great leaders to be taking longer and longer, giving them more time to commercialize our tech for their own advantage?

In NuSep top 20 (2012 Annual Report) are the following names;

Thee Woon Goh 13,182,691 - 11.86%
Ying Ming Chiu & Miew Choo Teoh 6,109,700 - 5.50%
Liew Wing Kong 4,857,142 - 4.37%
Jianjun Zhou 750,000 - 0.68%

Are any of these people Chinese, not that I am suggesting any wrongdoing just by being Chinese?

While we think Mr Goh is from Singapore, is he part of the Luye group? If so, would this explain why he is not paying his dues? Does he want to see NuSep fail? With the company so desperately in need of cash, why isn't this being paid, now nearly 2 years after being due?

Are any of the other shareholders tied with Luye?
