I like this a lot ,Babcock and Brown are in recently.Most of the property is U.S government leased,The price has come down from around a dollar average over the last three years and been smashed.They have a plan of a share buy back and a payment plan for debt that looks like its going better than planned. It seems that they could be paying a nice div in a few years 7 cents or so ,At this price it is a nice risk v's return for me. I recommend reading the annual report ,very nice reading.
