    Hey Pharma,


    ever played with a Yo Yo....you push it down to get the maximum lift back up ( I know...crappy analogy ).


    the push down is establishing the floor price prior to the push up....very standard market activity.  What is not known is the timing or position of the leg up..but it will happen..
