Exercise your right to vote either at next week’s AGM; send in your proxy form ASAP or vote on line on time as set out in the notice of AGM. It’s a simple task; you don’t have to register with the share registry, select “single holding” then “meetings”.

I suggest an AGAINST vote for several of the motions, in particular the handout to the CEO; a dubious $185,000 bonus in effect for doing her job, already remunerated, but dressed up in the notice of AGM as both an incentive for achieving a normal commercial milestone and to keep her from leaving the company.

On my estimate there are at least 18 potential milestones to be achieved over the next decade. Will the compliant Board of Directors, seemingly unaware of its role to reward us shareholders, push for similar additional largess to the CEO for doing her job (reach milestones) for a future total benefaction of $3,330,000 over and above her salary package?
