From my experiences when comparing against Google analytics thet demographic info has been pretty inaccurate. A lot of their data is pretty sparse in nature but I suspect most larger Nearmap users use the app via GIS software so they wouldnt be loading the site directly. Also some traffic that doesn't login can go to the ".com.au".
