I like your thinking, but there is a lot of empty space out there too. More than 65% of counties have less than 50,000 people. Half the US population lives in 146 counties.
About 40 counties over 1 million people
About 130 over 500,000
About 260 over 250,000
About 580 over 100,000
About 980 counties over 50,000 people
Potential revenue is significant, but it will require continued investment in sales and marketing and good execution. 60% of counties at $60k is optimistic in my opinion.
