Small wins are a foot in the door, but once they experience the benefits and embed in their work flows, the revenue isn't just recurring but grows substantially within the dept. of the org that originally subscribed but also spreads to other relevent departments.
$12k becomes $20k in the original department, and then it gets used in 5 other departments.
