One good recommendation is to have a 2 tier euro, or a second Euro with new name that includes only the heavyweights of Germany Holland and a couple of others (not France). That way the southerners can have a different interest rate policy to the new Euro in order to help them stimulate their economies with lower currency valuation, thus improving the way for cheaper exports. The one size fits all policy is what has helped contribute to the Euro problem.
